Overview
The student portal gives clients a place to view information connected to their studio relationship.
Depending on what the studio has enabled, a student may see appointments, packages, memberships, balances, event information, and other portal details.
Portal access
A studio can invite a client to connect their account to the studio portal.
Once connected, the student can sign in and view linked studio information from their account page.
Multiple studio portals
A student may be linked to more than one studio.
When this happens, the account page can show each linked studio so the student can navigate to the correct portal area.
Account balance
If the studio uses client account credits or balances, the portal may show a read-only account balance.
Students can see:
- Available credit
- Balance owed
- Net balance
- Recent account activity
Students cannot edit these records.
Best practice for studios
Make sure client email addresses are accurate before sending portal invites. Use clear studio branding so students understand who invited them and why.
