Public Profile

Submitting Staff Credentials for Verification

Learn how credential verification works before certifications and titles appear publicly.

Overview

DanceFlow supports credential verification so public staff profiles can show accurate certifications and achievements.

A studio can submit multiple credentials for one instructor. Each credential is reviewed separately.

Why credentials are reviewed separately

One instructor may have several certifications or titles, and each may require its own proof.

For example:

  • DVIDA Certified Instructor
  • UCWDC Certified Judge
  • 2025 UCWDC World Masters Champion

Each credential should have its own proof or reference link.

Credential statuses

Credentials may be:

  • Submitted: waiting for review
  • Verified: approved for public display if public display is enabled
  • Rejected: not approved based on the provided information

Public display

Only verified credentials that are marked for public display appear on the public studio staff section.

Submitted or rejected credentials remain internal and do not appear publicly.

Best practice

Add a proof URL or reference that clearly supports the specific credential. Examples include certification records, official results pages, event results, or an uploaded proof document when supported.
