Setting Up Intro Lesson Requests

Learn how intro lesson requests work and how studios can use them to turn public interest into leads.

Overview

Intro lesson requests let dancers express interest in starting with your studio from your public profile.

In the current version, an intro lesson request is captured as a lead so your studio can follow up manually.

What happens when intro lesson requests are enabled

When enabled, the public form uses intro lesson language.

The visitor can submit their contact information and request help getting started.

DanceFlow saves the request as a lead with intro lesson intent so your team knows how to follow up.

When to use this setting

Use intro lesson requests if your studio offers:

  • New student intro lessons
  • First private lesson consultations
  • Beginner trial lessons
  • Wedding dance consultations
  • Starter sessions for new dancers

Suggested follow-up process

After receiving an intro lesson request:

1. Review the lead details.

2. Contact the dancer quickly.

3. Ask about goals, availability, and experience level.

4. Assign an instructor if needed.

5. Create an appointment once the time is confirmed.

Recommended copy

Use friendly beginner-focused language.

Examples:

  • Request an intro lesson
  • Tell us what you want to learn
  • We will help match you with the right next step
  • No partner or experience required

Phase 2 note

Future versions may support fuller intro lesson booking, including availability windows, instructor assignment, room assignment, and appointment confirmation.
