Overview
DanceFlow sends accountant reports through a secure link rather than attaching sensitive reports directly to the email.
The accountant opens the link and downloads only the reports selected for that delivery.
Send reports now
Go to Settings > Accountant and Report Delivery.
In the current setup section:
1. Choose the report range.
2. Confirm the selected reports.
3. Select Send now.
The delivery is added to the email queue and sent to the saved accountant address.
Report ranges
Manual deliveries may use a range such as:
- This month
- This quarter
- This year
The selected range controls the period included in the generated reports.
Secure-link behavior
The accountant link:
- Is private and difficult to guess
- Expires after a limited period
- Only includes the reports selected for that delivery
- Stops working if the delivery is canceled
- Does not require the studio to email report attachments
Delivery history
Open Recent deliveries to review recent activity.
Depending on the delivery state, you may see:
- Queued
- Sent
- Downloaded
- Failed
- Expired
- Canceled
History is kept compact so the main setup remains easy to use.
If a delivery needs attention
Confirm:
- The accountant email address is correct
- The accountant is active
- Export authorization is enabled
- At least one supported report is selected
- The delivery has not expired or been canceled
Best practice
Do not forward secure accountant links to other people. Create a new authorized delivery when another recipient needs reports.
