How to Reset Your Password

Learn how to use the forgot-password flow and create a new password for your DanceFlow account.

Overview

Use the forgot-password flow when you need to create a new password or cannot access your account.

DanceFlow sends a secure reset email. The newest reset email should be used because older reset links may expire or become invalid.

Reset your password

From the login page, choose the forgot-password option and enter your account email address.

Open the reset email and click the secure link. You should be taken to the reset password page.

Enter your new password, confirm it, and submit the form.

After the password is updated, return to the login page and sign in with the new password.

Tips

  • Use the newest reset email if you requested more than one.
  • Check spam or junk folders if the email does not arrive.
  • Make sure you are using the email address connected to your DanceFlow account.
  • Reset links are time-sensitive and may only work once.

If the reset link opens the login page

Request a fresh password reset email and use the newest link. If the issue continues, contact support so the account can be checked.
