Overview
Guest coach lesson slots let event staff manage private lesson availability connected to an event.
Staff can use coach slot management to block unavailable times, mark offline bookings, and keep coach availability accurate.
Open coach slot management
From the Events page, choose Manage Coach Slots for the event.
You can also open an event detail page and choose Manage Coach Slots from there.
Blocking lesson slots
Use blocking when a coach is unavailable, a time is reserved offline, or the event schedule needs a break.
Common reasons include:
- Coach break
- Group class
- Offline/private booking
- Schedule hold
- Unavailable time
Unblocking slots
If a blocked time becomes available again, return to Manage Coach Slots and unblock the slot.
After unblocking, confirm the public or staff-facing schedule reflects the change.
Best practice
Review coach slots before publishing or sharing the coach schedule. Recheck availability after offline bookings or schedule changes so attendees do not book unavailable times.
