Overview
Client photos help staff visually confirm that they are working with the correct client profile.
This is useful at the front desk, during check-in, and when studios have multiple clients with similar names.
Where photos appear
Client photos can appear on the client profile and may be used in future check-in and QR identity workflows.
If no photo is available, DanceFlow can show an initials fallback.
Adding a photo
When creating or editing a client, upload a clear headshot. On supported phones or tablets, the file picker may allow staff to take a new photo with the device camera.
Best practice
Use a clear, well-lit headshot. Avoid group photos, blurry images, or images where the client is difficult to identify.
Future use
Client photos are part of the foundation for future client QR identity. When staff scans a client QR code, the photo can help verify the client before checking them into lessons, classes, or events.
