ARIA Operations Quick Start

Set up ARIA Operations with a simple first-week workflow that keeps owners in control.

Overview

ARIA Operations turns the studio data already in DanceFlow into a focused work list.

It helps answer:

What needs attention, who owns it, and what should happen next?

Start small. You do not need to configure every policy, digest, and automation on the first day.

Recommended first-week setup

Use this starter configuration:

  • Keep action policies on Manual review
  • Choose one default owner
  • Leave Require assignment off initially
  • Turn on one morning email digest
  • Leave the end-of-day digest off
  • Keep auto-approval off
  • Review only urgent and high-priority items first

Set up ARIA in six steps

1. Open ARIA > Operations Center.

2. Choose the person who normally handles follow-up.

3. Keep policies on Manual review.

4. Turn on one morning email digest.

5. Generate the first ARIA actions.

6. Review only the most important few items.

A simple daily routine

### Morning

  • Read the morning digest
  • Open ARIA Operations
  • Review urgent and high-priority items
  • Assign important actions
  • Approve only actions you understand

### During the day

  • Mark completed work done
  • Snooze valid work that should return later
  • Skip work you intentionally do not want to complete
  • Dismiss recommendations that are no longer useful

ARIA Operations and Automations

ARIA Operations and Automations are related, but they are not the same workflow.

Use ARIA Operations for the studio's current operational work list.

Use Automations for repeatable rules, message templates, drafts, and optional automatic delivery.

During the first week, keep recurring automations off or use Suggestion or Draft mode.

Healthy first-week goal

Complete one to three important ARIA actions per day.

Consistency matters more than clearing the entire screen.
