Adding an Event Schedule or Agenda

Create an optional public event agenda with schedule items grouped by date for single-day or multi-day events.

Overview

The Event Schedule card is an optional public agenda for an event.

It is different from event dates and locations. Dates and locations tell people when and where the event happens. The schedule explains what happens during the event.

Good uses for an event schedule

Use the schedule for:

  • Workshop blocks
  • Class times
  • Social dance times
  • Performances
  • Breaks
  • Check-in windows
  • Competition or showcase blocks
  • Multi-day event agendas

Add schedule items

1. Open the event in your workspace.

2. Edit the event.

3. Find Event Schedule.

4. Add a schedule item.

5. Enter the date, start time, optional end time, title, and details.

6. Save the event.

Optional fields may include presenter name and room or location label.

Multi-day schedules

For multi-day events, add items with different dates.

The public event page groups agenda items by day so visitors can quickly understand the schedule.

When the card appears

The Event Schedule card appears on the public event page only when schedule items exist.

If all schedule items are removed, the card is hidden.

Best practice

Keep schedule item titles short and practical. Add details only when dancers need extra context.
